Support for a New Beginning

Returning to the community can come with many challenges. People may need help finding housing, employment, transportation, identification documents, legal support, counseling, spiritual encouragement, or basic needs.

Chosen Resource Center exists to help bridge the gap between people looking for a fresh start and the resources that may help them move forward with dignity and purpose.

Chosen Resource Center helps connect individuals with general resource guidance related to:

  • Job assistance and employment readiness

  • Housing and shelter resources

  • Transportation assistance

  • Identification and document assistance

  • Legal aid resources

  • Food assistance

  • Clothing and hygiene support

  • Mental health and counseling resources

  • Substance abuse recovery resources

  • Spiritual resources

  • Community outreach and case navigation

Helping People Move Forward With Dignity

A successful reentry journey is about more than finding services. It is about having support, direction, and encouragement during a major life transition.

Chosen Resource Center believes every person deserves to be seen, valued, and given the opportunity to rebuild with hope.

Our goal is to help individuals understand where to begin and what types of resources may be available.
